Delete Your Account

Account deletion is handled directly from within the WeParent app. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the WeParent app on your device.
  2. 2Go to Settings (tap the Settings icon in the bottom right corner).
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm your choice when prompted.

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including schedules, tasks, messages, and family information — will be removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
