Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your WeParent account and all associated data, follow the steps below.
How to delete your account
- 1Open the WeParent app
- 2Go to Settings
- 3Tap "Delete Account"
- 4Confirm twice when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What data is deleted
All of the following is permanently deleted:
- •Your profile and personal information
- •Family group and member connections
- •All messages and communication history
- •All expenses and financial records
- •All calendar events and tasks
Data retention
Account deletion is processed promptly. For any questions about your data, contact us at hello.weparent@gmail.com
Need help?
If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, contact us directly at hello.weparent@gmail.com and we will process the deletion on your behalf within 30 days.
