Welcome to WeParent! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeParent mobile application ("App") and website, operated by WeParent Oy ("WeParent", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
WeParent is a co-parenting tool that offers shared calendars, task lists, parenting schedule sync, messaging, and cost tracking.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree not to use the App to post or transmit any material that is abusive, defamatory, offensive, harassing, or illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the transaction is handled by the respective store. All payment terms, billing, and cancellations are subject to the terms of the platform store where the purchase was made.
5. Third-Party Services
Our app integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar, for schedule synchronization. By connecting your Google Calendar, you agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". WeParent Oy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including scheduling errors or missing notifications.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
